Description of Polaris Hops

Hüll breeding variety, developed as a “dual purpose hop” with very high alpha acid content and exceptional aroma notes.

Special characteristics: high climate tolerance, medium plant health, late maturity 

Breeding: Mother 94/075/758, Father 97/067/720 

Origin: Hop Research Center Hüll

Its refreshing note is reminiscent of the taste of a “glacier ice candy.” Its aroma profile combines fresh mint, tropical fruits, and resinous notes, complemented by a sweet and pleasant fragrance. This rare combination gives beers an intense freshness, particularly appreciated in summer beer styles.
