Aroma of Cascade Hops
Due to the significantly different growing conditions compared to American Cascade hops (fruity), the German variety develops a much more floral and spicier aroma – combined with citrus notes. This unique combination makes the German Cascade ideal for use in hoppy lagers or saisons.
