Callista Hops: Aroma in Cold-Hopped Beer

In the hot phase, Callista Hop delivers an extremely mild, well-balanced bitterness due to its low cohumulone content, combined with an intense hoppy aroma profile. When used for dry hopping, depending on beer style, dosage, and timing, it reveals passion fruit, peach, and sweet-fruity berry aromas.
