The modern hop variety Mandarina Bavaria delivers a pleasant fruity aroma, with a distinct note reminiscent of tangerine. Mandarina Bavaria can be used as a single hop or in combination with other continental aroma varieties such as Callista, Comet, or Huell Melon.
Mandarina Bavaria develops fruity, citrusy, and floral aroma compositions when used in late hop additions or dry hopping.
